Stainless Steel Tubes

Stainless Steel Tubes

Stainless steel tubes are amazing. It just ful fills the need of low maintenance and being 100% recyclable metal tubes, stainless steel tubes offers perhaps its most increasingly valued benefit.

There are also many other reasons for choosing stainless steel tubes.
Each industry has its own specific requirements and demands:

In marine environments, corrosion resistance metal tube is a priority.
In architecture, the aesthetic elegance is much appreciated factor.
In the food and beverage industry, the hygienic advantages of stainless steel tubes are vital

Austentic Stainless Steel Tubes

There is verity of Grades in austenitic stainless tubes and Sizes in Stainless Steel Tubes,

The standard grades for everyday industrial demands are covered mainly by 304 and 316L/316Ti types of austenitics stainless steel tubes.

Austenitic stainless steel tubes sustains its mechanical values also at quite higher temperatures. This sustainability of mechanical values allow it possible to obtain 30 minutes fire resistance in stainless steel structures, without any fire protection.

The main difference between the grades is it's alloying which affects the corrosion resistance of the tubes from one grade to an other grade.

We are accepting order for all austanitic tubes as per our end users specific requirement like we can supply these tubes as per perticular cut to length requirement or in multiple legnths etc.

The advantage of different stainless steel tubes grades are:

Excellent temperature resistance
High corrosion resistance
Good mechanical strength
Good weldability

Available MOC grades for Austenitic stainless steel tubes:

Austenitic imperial (304, 304L, 316L, 321, 316 Ti, 347)
Austenitic metric (1.4301, 1.4307, 1.4404, 1.4571)

Ferritic Stainless Steel Tubes

Ferritic stainless steel tubes 1.4003 is an excellent choice for constructive uses such as automobile silencers or body structures. It is not only superior to carbon steel in terms of corrosion resistance but also ecnomical metal tubes.

Available material grades for ferritic stainless tubes

25mm x 25mm x 1.0mm to 100mm x 100mm x 4 mm
30mm x 20mm x 1.00mm – 150mm x 50mm x 4 mm

Stainless Steel Instrumentation Tubes

Instrumentation tubes are being used for the supply of gas or liqude on a very small scale because in normal circumstances the size of thes Instrumentation tubes begins from 1/8" to........
